Mallon is hired as a nanny for a young boy named Teddy, who begins drawing disturbing pictures that appear to show real events—some of which involve a dark figure in the woods. At first, the drawings seem like imagination, but they start matching real-world incidents. As Mallon becomes more involved, she uncovers a chilling mystery about the child, the house, and something supernatural or deeply hidden in the past.
